Will I see the caller's telephone number? |

No. The caller number is kept private and you will not see it on your phone. |
|

You may however identify and return call to the caller using his CallerID assigned by CL!CK. To add the caller's CallerID to your phone book, find the call transaction at CL!CK Fone->Call History and click on the [Add to contact] link next to the call transaction. |

There are two ways:

1) From the web, login to your CL!CK account at www.myclick.com.sg and select CL!CK Fone->Make Call.

2) From your phone, compose a SMS with call <destination> and send it to 8189 8899 (Singapore) or +658189 8899 (oversea). <destination> can be a user name, a name in your CL!CK's phone book or a telephone number with country code prefix. Example:

Will my phone number be seen by the other party when I make a call? |

No. Your phone number is kept private and the other party will not see it on his phone. Your phone number is only used by CL!CK to make call to you. |

1) When a subscriber calls you, you do not have to pay for the call. |
|

2) When a non-subscriber calls you, you are expected to pay for the call. There are 2 call charges, one for the call received on your phone and one for the call received on the caller phone. Please contact us here for the rate.

2) For a SMS chat session initiated by you, you pay for each SMS send to the recipient. There is no charge for receiving SMS from the recipient. |

3) For a SMS chat session initiated by a non-subscriber to you, you pay for each SMS received on your phone but there is no charge for replying to the SMS. SMS chat from non-subscriber only applies to CLICK@Business, CL!CK@CallCenter and CL!CK@Me's subscriber who is paying for the sender's SMS charges. |

Poll keywords are use for classifying SMS replies when CL!CK collates them. You will be able to see the number of SMS replies matching each keyword in the poll report. Some of the commonly used keywords are Yes, No, Y, N, Ok, Nok, 1, 2, 3. However you are free to define your own keywords. |
